Instructor Bio: Beth Hammer
Beth has been practicing HEMA and Filipino martial arts for the last 8 years and coaching for the last 6. In 2018 they added buhurt/armored combat and rattan fighting to the mix. Playing with these many forms of fighting provided them a unique and broad perspective when it comes to coaching and they are excited to share that with the attendees of SoCal Swordfight 2024.
