Instructor Bio: Ember McIntyre

I have been involved in fencing for almost 20 years. But I must do all the things, and in my quest to do everything I've also picked up skills from teaching yoga, from taking voice lessons, and practicing meditation. I have brought techniques and lessons that everyone can learn to get better in tune with their body, specifically for this class the diaphragm.
