Instructor Bio: Ted Elsner

Ted Elsner is the founder and co-owner of the Sacramento Historical Fencing Academy. Ted got his start in HEMA in the late 90s and was first introduced to the works of Joachim Meyer in 2000. For the past 12 years he has worked to understand the teachings of Meyer and the context in which it exists. He has taught classes on Meyer's material across the United States and in Australia.
