Course Description:
Are you pocket size, a wee bairn, tiny ball of rage?

Being the smallest one in the ring can have some major disadvantages when you’re at a distance and reach is the determining factor for landing a hit. But once you start to close measure the game shifts and that small size starts to present some very interesting advantages.

We’ll look at the plays in Fiore that focus on covering the line while closing distance, how to make use of the close plays with a major height difference and how to improve your base and balance to be better able to manage pressure from your opponent.
