Course Description:
Bring your longsword (or any sword) and join us for a conditioning and yoga class designed for the modern swordsman (and swordswomen).

During the class you will be instructed on and move through various poses (asana) and conditioning exercises that, if practiced regularly, will help to increase flexibility, muscle strength and tone, cardio and circulatory health, and improved athletic performance.

Required Gear:
Comfortable clothes and a sword of any kind
