Students will learn the basics of Italian rapier. The class will cover the basic footwork, attacks, and defenses in the Italian tradition.
WHAT'S IN A GUARD?
I'd like to explore several guards that are presented in the texts, from Fiore to Meyer, and dig a little more deeply into what is possible from them, how to make them more effective, and encourage anyone to integrate them a little bit more into their fencing.

This class will focus more on working with the body and general principles of fencing, rather than on specific advanced techniques, and while focused on sabre, these principles are useful for most all one-handed weapons

A study of various techniques used by Fiore dei Liberi and Fillipo Vadi in armored combat with the sword.
FURY OF THE SMOL
Being the smallest one in the ring can have some major disadvantages when you’re at a distance and reach is the determining factor for landing a hit. But once you start to close measure the game shifts and that small size starts to present some very interesting advantages.
SCHILL-HOW? REDUX
Every mastercut has contexts to explore, and the Schillhau has at least three. In this class, we will dissect this mastercut and explore how to perform it with technical prowess in all its contexts.
BRITISH / AMERICAN MILITARY SABRE
An introduction and overview of mounted and dismounted sabre / broadsword use in Europe and the Americas based on manuals from the late 1700 and early 1800’s. 
BOLOGNESE BUCKLER & BUDDIES
An introduction to the use of the sidesword as practiced in renaissance Italy, with a focus on the use of companion arms in Bolognese swordsmanship, including the use of buckler, dagger, armored gauntlet, and “dueling glove”. 
CAPO FERRO'S RAPIER DAGGER
This class is an overview of Capo Ferro's Rapier Dagger system and how to integrate it into your fighting.
MEDIEVAL BASIC TRAINING- LEVY

This class will go over techniques and strategies of medieval pole arms as experienced by the conscripted foot soldier focusing mainly on the use of voulge and bill.
