Postural and movement based sources of pain will be explored as well as solutions to help manage and even prevent it. Healthy movement of the body as well as conditioning techniques to improve alignment, strength, and coordination will be taught with the end goal of reducing wear and tear of the joints while improving the quality of body movement and structure.
