Course Description:
Basics and main principles of saber fighting. How to work the body, how to move, how to make cuts, how to use momentum, etc.

This class will focus more on working with the body and general principles of fencing, rather than on specific advanced techniques, and while focused on sabre, these principles are useful for most all one-handed weapons

Steell, Synthetic, or Foam Sabre
