    As the organization grows, we plan to host (in partnership with local clubs and schools) a series of national events that combine hands-on HEMA classes, scholarly lectures, artifact exhibitions, and interactive demonstrations to engage participants of all ages and backgrounds.

    Offering comprehensive event support services, including our ticketing platform, marketing assistance, and resource sharing, to nurture and grow the HEMA community across the country.

We provide ticketing platforms, marketing assistance, and planning resources to help local HEMA events thrive.

Print Materials and Awards

Access our services for designing and producing event collateral, including flyers, banners, medals, and awards at competitive prices.

Event Equipment Inventory

We're building a collection of essential event equipment (rings, batons, sound systems, stations) to be housed at key locations nationwide, available for rent at nominal fees.

Instructor and Club Directory

A searchable database of HEMA instructors and clubs, complete with bios, club information, and blog article submissions.

Unified Marketing Channels

Centralized marketing for all HEMA events through our social media, YouTube, and email platforms, offering targeted reach and increased sponsor appeal.

Research Support

We're actively identifying grants and establishing funds to support academic research in HEMA-related historical and cultural studies.

Vendor Network

Developing a list of HEMA practitioners offering specialized event services (photography, videography, printing, design, etc.) on volunteer or fee basis.
