This page is for approved vendors, community partners, and sponsors to lock in their booth, visibility, and donation details for SoCal Swordfight 2026. Use the builder below to choose your booth size, add the benefits that matter most, and the system will automatically place you into the right partnership level, apply any available discounts, and send you directly to checkout when you are ready.

Step 1 – Pick your booth (optional but recommended)
Choose one Booth & Vendor option to define your footprint on site. Every booth includes a website listing with a backlink to your business, and booths priced at $650 or more also include a social media announcement highlighting your brand. If you only select a booth, you will be treated as a vendor with no automatic sponsorship upgrade.

Step 2 – Add Visibility and Benefits
Open the Benefits & Visibility accordion and select the perks that best match your goals—logo placements, additional social posts, demo/workshop space, livestream mentions, tournament naming rights, and more. As you check options, your package total updates in real time and the system places you into the appropriate Community, Bronze, Gold, Platinum, or Presenting level once you cross that level’s spend threshold.

Step 3 – Review your partnership level and registrations
Watch the summary column on the right. It shows your current level, the total value of the options you have selected, the level price you will actually pay, and how many registrations are included with that level. If you are close to the next level, you will see how much more needs to be added to reach it.

Step 4 – Add additional registrations if needed
If you need more attendee registrations than are included with your current level, simply enter the quantity in the “Additional registrations” field. These are added at the per‑registration price and included in your package total before donation credits.

Step 5 – Apply prize or product donations
If you are contributing products or prizes, enter the total retail value and a brief description. The system will apply this as a donation credit while maintaining the minimum cash amount required for your package. When your donation value passes the specified threshold, Medal / Prize Presentation is automatically added as an included benefit.

Step 6 – Proceed to registration and checkout
Once everything looks correct in the summary—booth, benefits, level, registrations, and donation—click Proceed to registration. This will add your configured package to the cart and immediately advance you to checkout to complete payment and attendee registration details.

- Sponsorship Benefits & Visibility allow you to build a custom sponsorship package or add visibility options to your selected vendor options, be sure to review the Booth & Vendor Options below to verify what is already included with your selected option.
- In-Kind Donations - Indicate whether you are donating prizes, or products and enter the full retail value of those items in the “Total retail value of donation” field so it is applied toward your sponsorship and/or space cost. If you are purchasing a vendor booth / space a minimum of $250 does need to be paid at checkout
- Review the summary to confirm your total cash amount after donations are applied and verify how many event registrations are included with your package (you can add more if needed).
- Proceed through checkout to finalize your commitment and submit payment.
