Nathan Weston is an instructor at Athena School of Arms in Boston. He studied a variety of martial arts, as well as modern fencing, before taking up HEMA in 2012. He has made an in-depth study of Lichtenauer's longsword, and also practices rapier and occasionally saber.
Recently he has been focused on developing more effective teaching methods for HEMA. He runs the HEMA Alliance instructor training program, has taught numerous instructor training workshops, and writes articles about coaching for GD4H.org
