Instructor Bio: James Auger
James Auger has been an active participant in HEMA since 2014, demonstrating notable success in both Longsword and Sword and Buckler disciplines. He has contributed as a judge for SoCal events in 2020, 2022, and 2023, presiding over the finals with a reputation that earned him the nickname "judginator." James has also lent his judging expertise to Combat Con 2015 and the great banning, further showcasing his skill. Notably, he played a key role in judging the finals for Combat Con 2021 and recently oversaw the finals for Combat Con 2023, receiving widespread positive feedback for his exceptional judging and directing abilities.
