Kendra Brown is a librarian at a tech company who does independent medieval manuscript research the rest of the time. She previously translated the Latin Fiore manuscript and is working on the Latin Lew gloss. She saves her biggest smiles for dagger fights, but can usually be found investigating the biggest book in any palace.

Course Description:
What sorts of things were available to read or hear when our favorite combat treatises were new? I will read aloud from published translations of fourteenth to seventeenth century sources including excerpts from chronicles, histories, and entertaining stories.
