Have a Vendor Booth at SoCal Swordfight 2023

This year's location offers a tremendous amount of vendor space. In previous years your space consisted of a number of 6' tables, this year we will have 10' x 10' vendor spaces available. 

The cost for a vendor space is $500.
Additional spaces may be purchased.
The space purchased will be yours for the entire event.


SoCal Swordfight has become one of the largest Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) events in the United States.

Last year, we 525 attendees, spectators, and participants, along with some of our largest individual tournaments ever.

This year’s event is already shaping up to be larger in every way.

At present, we have more registered tournament particpants then last year, we have more then double the space of last year, and we will be activating some new programming to draw even more attendance in from the local community.

Consider the products you have to offer, how your audience is going to engage with them, and how your are going to capture information, transact and make sales.

Answering these questions will help you to determine the appropriate amount of space you are going to need to properly display your products in a way that gives your customers the most engaging experience..


Depending on the booth option you select. You are free to outfit this space to your specification with freestanding displays, backdrops, tables, chairs, etc.

Temporary tents and / or enclosures are not permitted and neithier is temporary flooring.

Please advise us in advance if you will be utilizing your own tables.

Providing Prizes

If you would like to provide products, certificates, or vouchers for us to utilize as prizes or giveaways please email us at to discuss the products and their value. We will provide you a code to offset the appropriate cost of the items being donated and booth size needed.

$250 of the cost of your vendor space will need to be paid for your space. The remaining balance can be paid through the donation of products.

Sponsorship Perks

Listing on as a vendor / sponsor featuring your logo, brand name, short description and a link to your site or social media channel.

SoCial Media

A post announcing your sponsorship will be placed on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as to our Facebook Group, advertising your sponsorship of the event while tagging your pages on those platforms.

In-Venue Signage

Your logo will be featured on the step and repeat photo walls at the event, as well as displayed on sponsorship banners throughout the venue.


During the opening ceremonies, and throughout the event, we will acknowledge you as a sponsor / vendor and encourage attendees to visit your location.

Event Registration

Registering as a vendor for SoCal Swordfight includes 2 Full Event Registrations for your booth staff.
